So I'm pretty sure I'm going to live in a single next year. The problem is, I don't know where!

Basically it's down to two choices: either staying in the Quad, or moving into Sansom.

Pros of the Quad: 1) Klepto says it's easy to get a room in-house transfer, so basically I'm guaranteed 2) That room will probably be nice 3) The Quad is close to everything, and convenient 4) Tuition can be paid as normal 6) The bathrooms are (Semi) cleaned for you 5) The Quad is pretty and I like it. Cons of the Quad: 1) It's full of Freshman 2) The bathrooms suck ass. They are dirty and aren't heated. 3) Unlocking doors in the cold also sucks ass.

Pros of Sansom: 1) I would share the bathroom with only one other person 2) The single would also be in all likelihood exceedingly nice 3) It's quiet and full of Grad students (and Sara is there and I can use her kitchen) 4) Thus more privacy, and no busting of parties, on the off-chance I might have one 5)Unlocking of doors occurs inside where warm. Cons: 1) Mostly it's grad housing, with only a few floors open to Undergrads, so might be a low chance of me actually getting a room there 2) I'm screwed over if I don't get a room there 3) Monthly rent equals angst with the parents 4) It's far from everything, like trolley stops. 5) The person I'm sharing a bathroom with might be horrible.

But mostly I'm concerened with whether or not I'll actually get a room there, because I've gone through already what happens when you don't get the room you want. (oh, and the Quad is traditional dorm-style, Sansom is semi-high-rise, for those of you who don't know).

I need to decide by January 24. I am conflicted. Your two cents would be much appreciated.
