So it's been a while since I last updated (being as my basement is cold and that's where my computer is, I've hardly been in contact with anyone over the break). But I'm sitting in work with nothing better to do, so why not?
I've been absolutely living in "Johnathon Strange and Mr. Norrell" over the past few days. What a great book! I picked it up with a gift certificate from my uncle on Monday. (I also got a pair of knee-high black boots! Envy me!). Anyway, I'm only up to about page 150 because of other things distracting me like work and Grandmother's birthdays (NEVER go out to eat for dinner during the week between christmas and new year's), but I like it so far. It makes me excited for my Jane Austen class next semester because the writing style is so similar.
I'm trying to iron out my schedule for next semester. Now I have Classical Mythology instead of English Poetry, which is good. But I want Social Psychology instead of Human Sexuality because it turns out that class doesn't fulfill a requirement that I need. Or alternatively Abnormal Psychology, because I'd like to take that class. And maybe I'll take AMES 90 pass/fail, just for curiosity's sake. (Hey! It's break! Stop talking about classes, OCD!)
Alright. Harry Potter book six! I am reserving my copy at 40% off today at Borders! *drools thinking about the book*. Hmm, hopefully I'll still be working downtown in July. Oh well. Also I watched "Lost" for the first time last night. Dom plays a heroin addict, apparently. Hobbits on heroin. That might explain a lot. Or maybe not.
