Wait, what is the weather doing? I thought it was supposed to be snowing but it seems like just freezing rain right now. Although uh, looking out my window, certainly seems like a lot of snow accumulated overnight, and uh, checking weather.com, it's actually a blizzard warning in effect for tonight. SNOWPOCOLYPSE TROIS.
Because I am 12, I found this video yesterday and I thought it was great. I don't know what I would do without the TPFD guy in my life:
HOWEVER, I am not feeling EXACTLY that way right now, because, snow day!! Random day off in the middle of the week!! I slept like ten or eleven hours, it was delicious!! (It was so funny, everyone in the office was doing their snow day celebration yesterday. We never in fact leave that school mode of thinking). And I'm planning to just read and watch tv and otherwise fuck around today.
I hope we get tomorrow off too. Andy is planning to go forward with our event tomorrow if we don't have off >>. Francine Prose last night actually had about 50 people show up in spite of the snow, it was pretty impressive. And I managed to get a ride home from a guard, so that was awesome, since there was already about 3-4" of snow on the ground by the time I left. I was only disappointed because we were supposed to go out to dinner with Francine afterward, obviously that was canceled :(.
