In which I ponder that maybe I've become too materialistic.

Or just that I'm spending way too much money and feel guilty about it...went to KoP this weekend with Susan, and it was fun. I bought a new fall wardrobe...or at least six shirts, a pair of ripped jeans (why did I buy these? Why do people buy these at all? I mean, I could put my own holes in jeans, and often do), a jacket, and a victoria secret bra. Hehe, I feel so sexy in it! It really is nicer than my strawbridge's bras. And...maybe this is not appropriate to be talking about. Anyway, all of the stuff I bought was on sale, so it's not as bad, but still bad! Seeing as how come fall I will be paying transpasses and insurance and working less, I'm going to be poor. Plus, ever since I got new glasses, I've tracked the increase of bitter and cranky in my nature. Maybe it's the spending money. (Probably it's being trapped in a basement for eight hours without sunlight, though).

I went to Barnes and Nobles yesterday and bought Les Liasions Dangerous on sale, and Saiyuki Reload. Why do they advertise it as the manga that inspired the anime?? It's just, that might be more of a mark of shame than something to brag about. In my book, anyway.

I also practiced driving, which I'm almost perfect at (yay). And practiced the violin. This week I get to play Mozart's Violin Concerto no. 4. It makes me tingle inside. I love Mozart, I want to marry him.

The book! I can never get my hands on a copy in the free library so I bought it. But oh man, that movie was bad. Poor Colin Firth, even his sex appeal couldn't save it. I haven't seen the good movie yet! I should go find it.

Considering the anime, I kind of have to agree with you about that, but at least it's on the back and *not* on top of the pretty artwork.

By the way, the .exe file download for GAIM no longer exists. I can follow up, see?
