I am sitting here, on my friend's computer, waiting for her to finish showering so we can go bowling with everyone. (Conscience says: you should be reading! You have loads of reading! But I'm ignoring it).

Anyways, so I'm sitting here wasting time and she shows me a Xanga that an old mutual friend of ours put up. It's amazing how immature and self-centered she sounds in it. Worse than me. Tons worse. So I waiver between shock, disgust, and amusement. (As you can tell, the friendship ended badly). And I think to myself: really, anyone can read what you post, even people who dislike you. That just hit home for me, isn't it silly? It really makes me want to go back and edit/friends lock everything I posted. So, when you post on the internet, watch what you write!

My professor still hasn't posted our grades from last semester. I am starting to get worried. I suppose I should email her.

Only two people? That's even worse than my professor! That sucks. It's their job, after all!

I know, I will have to f-lock everything important from now on.

That's why I f-lock everything, b/c I know I bitch a lot onto LJ. I tend to ID people by name too but only b/c my rants would end up that much longer if I typed a huge non-specific identifier. I actually did sit down and go back and f-lock everything, fortunately, I was only on LJ for like a year by then.

I guess I'll do that too. But that would require effort ^-^;;

Yes, it would require effort, but not all that much b/c you don't post much on lj. Your backlog has to be smaller than mine was when I went and did it.

Besides, I figure pharmacy being a fairly small area, it's not a good idea for potential future employers to find me online bitching about my school, my teachers, etc. (It's not unheard of. I've read all sorts of interesting posts like "my parents found out about my lj", employers have before too.)
